Is it a good possiblity that if I lose weight ...

Is it a good possiblity that if I lose weight (because I am over weight) that my periods and ovulation will regulate or that I will respond better to fertility drugs and have a better chance of becoming pregnant with PCOS?

Absolutely! There is almost 1:1 ratio between low weight and fertility success. Keep on the good work.
