I would say a mixture of exercises. If you have been running and you are in good shape (you do 20 or more minutes of a workout for 3 times a week, for over 3 months) then it would be safe to continue your routine. No heavy weight lifting. Find a prenatal yoga or pilates class, that would be your best bet. If you have specific questions then speak with your doctor.

One of the best forms of exercise you can do anytime during pregnancy is taking a walk. Invite a friend or family member to go along. Even if you have to break it up and take two or three walks a day for about ten minutes each time, after you’d had a meal and rested, you will benefit you and your baby’s health a lot.
