i did'nt miss my period but now a week later i am having to freaquently urinate.Can I be pregnant?

Hi - it's not clear what "a week later" means.
If your period is due sometime in the next few days, frequent urination could possibly be a sign or pregnancy. However, if you are in the first 3 weeks of your cycle, it is too soon for any symptom of pregnancy to appear.
