well, if you want to be sure about this the best thing you could do is take a pregnancy test, preferably one done by a doctor as the home pregnancy tests are not always reliable. Good luck!

I would wait another day or two to see if your period gets heavier. If not, and you still think you might be pregnant, take a pregnancy test.

It is not very likely that you are pregnant, but not impossible.

p.s. Most home pregnancy tests do tend to be fairly accurate (around 99%, especially once your period is late).
