My Last period was 21 days ago and it only lasted ...

My Last period was 21 days ago and it only lasted 2 days which it has not done in about 10 years, it is always 5 days of bleeding. I took a ept and there was a very faint + so i took another one just to be sure and there was -. Could I be pregnant? I am not on any fertility medications.

Very unlikely. However keep watching and if it is being odd / not the normal (colour, amount, quantity) / not on time / not the usual, etc, then better consult your G.P.

The negative pregnancy test indicates that you are probably not pregnant now, however, it sounds as if you had a very early miscarriage (an embryo started to implant, but did not continue to develop). This is very common and does not have any impact on your ability to conceive and carry a pregnancy in the future.
