I had an u/s on day 12, when we saw a sac and on ...

I had an u/s on day 12, when we saw a sac and on cd 15 when we didnt see any sac ie egg released, I had opk+ on cd 15 as well so when did I ovulate. today is cd 26, when should I test for pregnancy ?

I would say between days 12 and 15, meaning the earliest you should be able to see signs of pregnancy is day 26, so basically by now you should be able test and get results. I always tried to wait ti ll the last possible day so that if the test came up negative I would be absolutley sure it's true.
