Does fitness effect your ability to get pregnant? My partner is unfit and we are having trouble achieving a baby?

Theoretically, any woman increases her chances of pregnancy by being in the best shape she can be. However, there are women who would be more susceptible to conceiving at a certain weight, while others wouldn't conceive if above or below a different weight.

In other words, I wouldn't focus on this parameter only. It will probably only cause stress, and that is a great no no when trying to conceive.

 

Well they say for a man the best thing he can do is:

1: Cut out alcohol
2: Eat a bit more red meat
3: Increase your testosterone levels

The 3rd one is by fat the most important, there are plenty og ways he can achieve this, the article below will show you the best methods.
