In the Florida Statues under the dicription of a preditor is one who prays on the puplic. It also says a biological parent can not be labeled a perditor. It states that is under a Demestic crime. Because a lot of the cases are due to wifes wanting to get out of a marriage and wanted the husband out of the pic totaly. Thats why there is a lot off fathers in prision for this crime. Not all are guilty.
Hell yes... I didn't know about this before. But now there are too many cases. It is very disturbing to hear about it.
