Does anyone know how to filter out emails that you do not want to receive? I signed up for Ancestry.com and they were only suppose to take $12.99 a month out of one of my accounts and I gave them my account that I have monthly payments and they took out $155.40 for the whole year and because I was $30.00 short to cover that I had to pay a overdraft charge. So I went on-line and unsubscribed and it said When I unsubscribed (about 3 times I did) it said I would be getting all my money back cause it was the day after they took it out and they ignored it and then the 4 time it said I was not going to get any of my money back that I should just stay with them it does not make since even if I canceled at the end of the month I should still get some money back minus $12.99 for that month. But I did unsubscribed right after the two weeks free trail and they did say I would get my money back on their website and I called the bank(Chase) and they are going to get my money back for me. I even sent them several emails and told them if they did not give me my money back that I would tell their subscribers what they did and they still ignored me. But now they keep sending me emails so I want to send them back and not accept them. I have seen that happen before when I sent my uncle something(to sign a petition) and he did not know it was me so the postmaster sent it back and said that they did not accept emails like that. So does anyone know how I thought you can do it on the filter but I guess not. I want to let them know I mean business and I do not want anything from them anymore. Thank you for your help in advance Valerie
