About post menopause and hormons

I have a question about post menopause. See, as a 56 years old woman, I have been taking HR for 6 years so far. Everything was fine, but then I change to another Gynecologist, who reduce my intake of premarin, from .625 mg to prempro .45 mg. That was close to 4 months ago. Since then my joints hurt, my mind goes with my memory and my ability to verbal skills, nothing extremely terrible, but I can feel it and I do'nt like the depression than sometimes comes around. Should I ask my doctor to give me more hormons? This is not good. I need my health back as it was before. Thank you, Beatriz

Live life to the fullest.

You need to tell your doctor your symptoms. He/she will have to be the one to decide whether to increase your hormone intake.

No doubt this is something to share with your doctor. He'll probably be able to help you so there is no need to suffer quietly.

Hope you feel better in no time.
