Would you be willing to share with me what type of fine/punishment your daughter received? My 17 year old daughter made the bad decision to get in a car where there was alcohol, they got pulled over. She was not drinking and was not breathalyzed. However, received a MIP for being there. Trying to educate myself. Thank you.
