Looking for pork loin roast with apple jelly and fritos recipe

Yes, my girlfriend just gave me the recipe!!!  You are right, it is delicious! 

Pork Roast with apple jelly and fritos

3 lb. center cut pork roast

1/2 teasp. chili powder

1/2 teasp. garlic powder

1/2 teasp. salt

Combine the above in a small bowl, then rub onto roast.

Roast pork at 325 degrees until done.

In a small saucepan add:

1/2 cup apple jelly

1/2 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Simmer 2 minutes.  Pour over roast.  Add fritos on top.  Roast an additional 5 - 10 minutes.

This is also known as Rio Grande Pork Roast.
