I ALWAYS do my pork roast in the crock pot. It keeps it moist and tender and delicious. If you want it a bit sweet.. use brown sugar and worchestershire sauce - if you want it bbq - use your favorite bbq sauce. If you want plain ole yummy roast..just use salt and pepper and some spices. Can't go wrong in a crock pot.
