Would you consider, corruption in the world is more or less at the same level, it's just that some coutries hide it better, than others (e.g. the UK v Nigeria); why?

The answer my friend is blowing in the wind....

Sure, I think that some countries can hide their corruption more than others, but I think that for sure, there are many countries that are much worse than others.  I think that's pretty clear.  You can look at some governments and you can see that, to the human eye, it looks like it operates pretty normally.  You can look at other governments, like Sudan or Syria... and you can see the word CORRUPTION written all over everything they do.

Hi,

I don't think there's a country free of corruption but no doubt there are levels of corruption. Take for example a country where the whole parliament is appointed using nepotism. It is clear corruption is embedded in the country's system. On the other hand there might be a specific case of corruption in a democratic government but it would still be the exception and not the rule.

The problem is that in supposedly democratic countries we aren't looking that carefully for corruption and that is why it gets by us more easily.
