Online political science communities

I am looking for online communities dedicated to political science. Please, recommend me relevant forums, social networks, wikis, etc.

I am also curious about any online communities dealing with something I'd call "political problem solving". I imagine it to be a virtual meeting place for people with politics-rooted, everyday problems (such as inadequate public transport, high neighbourhood crime rate, bureaucracy hassle, personal experience with corruption, etc), on the one hand and people with background in political science/ politics/ social sciences, on the other hand. The latter would be expected to be able to offer solutions (or clues for solutions), specifically based on their political knowledge/ know-how.

Come to think of it, we take it for granted that we can benefit from the service of lawyers, attorneys, etc on law matters, but a practice of professional advice services on "everyday political matters" has never existed.
