Our country is telling 3rd. world countries they don't have to follow the same "rules".  so how is this going to help us?  IT'S NOT. No nation can clear the air in our universe!!  Our government has only found a way to tax us.  The exhaust from my car is not killing others in India.  Our earth  rotates, therefore, the air we are breathing now will be half way around the world tonight. It also goes around the sun, Don't you see, no man can stop what  is natural.  Only God, and if there is global warming, which it already has been proven wrong, then, maybe, it's in Gods plan!!
