can I move a kitchen sink from one wall to another.
Theoretically, yes, but you have to make sure you have water pipes at the other wall, otherwise the sink will be more of a furniture than a sink. You should have water going in, and water going out to the drain. It's not impossible any way, but most houses have most of the pipes only in some of the walls, so you could be looking at a major construction work.
You can, but im not sure it would be worth all the trouble. I have done a similar thing in the past and it was not very hard bec. i had one of those blanco sinks . And yes, as mentioned above, the piping locations are crucial.
