Dear Dr Gott I am desperate because I have big problems with medicine, gluten, casein and other things. This time I got an infection in my blisters and per Doctors recommendation took Keflex antibiotic, bad choose because I now have big blood problems very low white and red cells, my platelet count is 35.4. Just like what this information talks about. I got a referral to a blood/cancer specialist but I am so scared of the ev. treatment. Is There anything You know that can help me without making me worse? Alta Loma CA 91737 Definition of Aplastic anemia Aplastic anemia: Anemia due to failure of the bone marrow to produce blood cells, including red and white blood cells as well as platelets. Aplastic anemia frequently occurs without a known cause. Known causes include exposure to chemicals (benzene, toluene in glues, insecticides, solvents), drugs (chemotherapy, gold, seizure medications, antibiotics, and others), viruses (HIV, Epstein-Barr), radiation, immune conditions (systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis), pregnancy, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, and inherited disorders (Fanconi's anemia). Symptoms of aplastic anemia include fatigue, bruising, bleeding, shortness of breath, fever, chills, and less frequently, bone pain. The diagnosis is based on the presence of low red and white blood cell and platelet counts and a decrease in the normal cells of the bone marrow. Treatment depends on the suspected cause of the condition. All medications which might suppress the bone marrow are discontinued. Male hormone (androgens) may be given to stimulate the suppressed bone marrow to become more active. Bone marrow stimulating factors may be given intravenously. Blood transfusions are often required. Precautions to avoid infections are taken when the white blood cell counts are severely lowered. Bone marrow transplantation may be considered. Suppression of the immune system may be indicated. Immunosuppression therapy can include antithymocyte globulin, cortisone medications, and cyclosporine. Treatment with antithymocyte globulin has been successful for some patients and permitted them to make sufficient blood cells to stay transfusion-free for 5 years or more. There is a natural healing village in Honduras. It is called Usha village. You can go there and your body will heal itself and regenerate from any problems you are faced with. Conventional medicine is only good for emergency situations, such as car accidents and broken bones. Ush village will cleanse your body and bring it back to its normal state. All the toxins in your body will dissappear which are causing your health problems. Usha village is a village full of only live foods, you will eat all natural organic live food from the earth and detox. Your body will go threw  a healing crisis, you will seem sick and u will have shnott and who knows what comin outta every hole in your body. Its all the gunk thats clogged up in your system. You will then return to the way god meant you to be. Clean slate. goodluck

It appears that you have a severe problem with gluten. You probably have Celiac Sprue disease, no cure, you just must remain gluten-free. you must remove gluten from your diet completely. That means all forms of bread, pastry and pasta products. There are gluten-free products of this kind. There are also many Celiac disease sites you can find on your PC which are very helpful and informative. Believe me, you'll need to be more educated if you are indeed celiac! As for the blisters, again it's a gluten intolerant  problem called Dermititus hepitiformus. This is not nearly as bad as celiac disease as it also a reaction from ingesting gluten but causes severe itching mostly concentrated about the elbows, knees and buttocks. unlike celiac, there is a medicine you can take, a pill called Dapsone, it will relieve, if not stop the itching altogether, or you can choose a gluten-free diet, but if DH is your only problem and not celiac, I'm sure you'll prefer to take Dapsone because maintaining a gluten-free diet is extremely difficult. Of course consult your doctor, a dermitologist for DH or a gastroenterologist for Celiac Disease.  Good Luck!
