I need to find the best art and design schools in the US (prices, quality, etc.). Does someone know any good reference websites about art schools?

Google shows you hundreds of them! However, good ones are really rare. Among the ones I found, http://www.findyourartschool.com is one of the best. It has lots of informative article articles and a wide database of schools and programs.
This looks like a really good one: http://www.aicad.org/
The search for people who can answer your question continues for as long as needed - until you find the answer you were looking for.
