What time in the A.M. can home equipment etc snowblowers be started by private home owners, can you pile snow against someones personel fence other than yours?
In Pittsfield, Mass. NO equipment can be run from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M ( if 50DB can be hered 150 feet away you get a ticket) the fence issue is still up in the air but is not allowed fine and cost of repair is on the person putting snow on your fence
