Yes, that's why it's advisable to use some sort of birth control method/contraceptive each time you have intercourse if you are not looking to get pregnant. And keep in mind, the "pull-out" method is not effective in avoiding pregnancy. Pre-cum contains enough sperm to get a woman pregnant, just as easily as if the guy finished inside you. So be smart, if you are not looking to have a baby, use some form of birth control.
