I do not think that you can remove it off another page but, you can remove the tag on your own profile so that it will not show up.

You can't take it off, which I think is ridiculous.  My infants are on a family members myspace and they refuse to take them off.  I called myspace, and they wont help me unless the profile is not private, but her's is. It's stupid, because its a safety vialoation. So everyone should thank myspace for having the worst rules ever, because I can't even protect my children.

Check the terms of use. It may be that you can't, if you agreed to share them in the first place. Contact the site management, and when you do, send them the URL (address)of both your site and her site as links, which means include the entire address of both sites.
