You can download special software (not free), also ou can PrintScreen them and paste in any graph. editor (even Paint)
Use Adobe acrobatreader. Or get the adobe CS3 suite.

Take a screenshot of the photo you want, then you can open it in your graphics package and do whatever you'd like with it from there.
