Life is full of problems, SOLVE them if you can, FORGET them if you cant. This is the secret of a healthy life.

Use a polarizing lens on top of your camera lens and take photographs through the glass.

A POLARIZING lens cuts through the reflecting of glass, fogs, glare etc.

It is a plane lens and colourless. IT IS ALSO CALLED HAZE FILTER.

(Atmospheric moisture or dust or smoke that causes reduced visibility.)

7 thumbs up

If you must use a flash to photograph through the glass (common in low light situations) just make sure that you are standing at an angle and not directly across from the glass.  Shooting at an angle will cause your flash to penetrate the glass, and any extraneous light is deflected off at an angle, and not right back into your lens.  If you are not using a flash, I agree with Dipankar and use a polarizer.  (Just make sure it's "polarized" before you shoot...auto focus cameras can screw up your polarization).
