I bought an unlocked phone and inserted my sim card. The phone works great but now I cant sent or receive mms messages. What can I do to fix that?
Is your phone capable of mms messaging? Or does your service have to be activated for this.

Phone's capable and he service is activated. The old phone had no problem and the other phones on our plan work fine. It's just the unlocked phone that wont do it.

I'll see if I can find out any information on why that may not work? Is it a phone that's not offered with your service provider? I know the unlocked on phone should work, but I'll see if I can anything out for you.
Thanks, Yes the phone is one offered by our provider. I found this one on Ebay at less than half the cost. The service is ATT.
