i got this phone new from ebay. it worked perfect. it was connected to my computer because i was adding music to it then i got a phone call. when i went to answer the call it unplugged from the computer and started blinking a white screen. it wouldn't stop blinking the white screen so i took out the battery and put it back in. i turned on the phone again and it shows the beginning of a motorola into then freezes and goes back to the white blinking screen. it does this everytime. does it have a reset button or anything? its a motorizr z3
