I dont get my phone it first says key pad is ...

i dont get my phone it first says key pad is locked and then i could un lock it but then it says enter PUK code and i just put anything and it lets me go in and then it says enter new PIN and i enter it and then i have to retype it again and then it says exsisting PIN and i just cant unlock it... please help me i need sum help on unlocking my phone i just got it lyk 3-5 DAYS ago please =(.

You need to contact you service provider for the PUK and PIN codes to your phone.
