I'm pretty sure you need a visa but the best way to know is to contact the Spanish embassy in the Philippines.

I have eight points I would like to make regarding passport
1 passport need pictures
ii passport should not be given to criminals or bad people
iii passport look better when a handsome man is on picture
v passport should be no bigger than a half letter size paper
vi passport should always be carried with you when leaving the country, just in case you need it for proof of identity.
vii passport some people (like secret agents-james bond) have multiple passports with multiple aliases. I suggest you no try this because it's only in the movies. usually.  I like Mr. Bond.
and last but not least
viii passport you need to wait 45-65 days at some places in order to get your passport.  places like wal-mart sell passport pictures I think, but not sure.

here is a follow up to this question. I am adding vii (that's seven) of my own suggestions. Here they are:
i  passports should not be given to criminals from other countries.
ii passports should be given out with the strictest regulations because of terrorists who wish to do bad things
iii passports are way too easy to get as it is. we need some new laws!
iv passports should never ever be allowed to be aquired over the internet
v passports that are fake should be recognized immeadiately. we need new technology to catch these criminals
vi passports should only be given out by the proper state/city government agencies or officials, after strict screening
vii passports that have been tampered with and the people who produce phone passports and the poeple who use phony passports should be prosecuted with strict punishment!

I have one point for now that I would like to make about traveling out of the country to third world places, like bali indonesia. even if you have pasport--watch out! they will plant drugs in your bag and then accuse you for drug smuggling. it happened to an innocent australian girl name sharpelle corby. she got 20 years for a bag of pot! they wanted to sentence her to death at first. stay away from crappy countries with corrupt, dirty, smelly judges & law enforcement!
