Can a foreigner and a filipino share ownership of a condominium certificate of title?
Sure
If you're both legit, I don't see why not.

yes!if they are credible and with the same citizenship.why not?
They have different citizenships.
Look for a legitimate Filipino partner someone u can trusted with. You cannot have any ownership unless you are married or have legal relationship with legitimate filipino. That only applies to Lot ownership and the rest i guess but for the condo ownership it is possible to own a title even if u dont have filipino partner..it is possible for any foreigner.
