As far as I know some people have doubts about pharmanex but it was never proven that they did anything wrong.

If you had the financial backing and wanted to dabble in the gigantic weight loss and health industry, you would first look for a reliable well-researched "hook" or "magic word" like vitamin, organics or antioxident.

Then, you'd find yourself a few average chemists to whip up some product that has those vitamins or antioxidents.

Sometimes, you need a gadget beyond the lovely young men and women who profess in advertisements, visually, if nothing else, that they feel great and younger and very alive and sexy.  All the things you want to be and were when you were young and energetic.

So, you throw in the usual models of fitness and longevity, then add a special hook.....something technological to catch the viewer.

You remember that little gadget clipped to your finger in the hospital that measures your bloods oxygen level....nice idea....nice sales item....cheap to make....high priced and honest to boot....hospitals have been using it...it is scientific and packaged nicely looks like new technology.

OK...your marketing advisors know the life cycle of the usual health or weight product.  They can help you compute your profits within that life cycle and you are ready to run with it.

It will resemble the usual bell curve....hot and rising in the beginning of the cycle, peaking, then rolling down the mountain to join hundreds of other adventures in the health and weight loss business.

Here's the real secret wisdom to health: follow your common sense!

You already know that a balanced nutrition is what your body needs.

You have long known that exercise, even walking the dog, is essential to the human body.

Excess is the well understood downfall of our bodies.  Too much sleep, food, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, stress.....you can add to the list.....all this excess is not going to be countered with a magic elixir.

You are the miracle product that will change your life and body, not some new-fangled mixture and gadget!
