Honey is acidic with a pH level between 3.2 and 4.5.

This is backed up with Wikipedia.

hiiiiiiiiiiii i m monica frm india.actually i m vry confused abt the ph and character of honey.someone says honey is neutral,someone says basic and someone says it is gonna to be basic after keeping some after days.thanx for ur response.
