Hi..I dont know what state you are in.I'm in Texas and punitive damages are usually 3times you mediacal expenses.Pain and suffering are really up to the litigator.Hope this helps!

The amount of money you would receive, would not come near the amount of pain she has been through.Ask for the most you think you deserve and you might get a smidging of that. You know they will try to bring up whether your daughter instigated the attack.It's cruel to go through, but you are talking about a settlement here. In cases like this anything does.I just hope there isn't too many lasting memories of this horrific experience. Good luck and God Bless.
