No, I have never traveled with my pet outside of the United States. If you are talking about quarantine laws it would probably be best handled by a pet service you have used in the past or know someone who has had to take their animals outside the country. Some vets may be able to tell you about shots,medicine or any other rules that might have to be followed. A big clinic might even have literature. Good traveling.
