Your direction, not your intention, determines your destination

No, I have never traveled with my pet outside of the United States. If you are talking about quarantine laws it would probably be best handled by a pet service you have used in the past or know someone who has had to take their animals outside the country. Some vets may be able to tell you about shots, medicine or any other rules that might have to be followed. A big clinic might even have literature. Good traveling.

Be the change you wish to see in the world.

I have never taken my dogs on a boat, but I did take 2 of them on a 11-hour flight once across continents. I had a vet prescribe some medication to help them relax and they rested in a bag on the seat next to me for the entire flight. They whined for the first hour but when I secretly took them out of the bag and held them in my lap under a big blanket, they were fine.
