Bird cages would a great solution if you want to take your pet bird outside, but before anything else, check your bird's reaction before making the transition to out of doors.

We have leashed harnesses made for birds that we bought at a pet store. They work great.  Do keep their wings clipped.  Our birds were hand raised and very young when we socialized them.

Good Luck

i have a bird myself. so if the bird lacks sunlight,  put it behind one of those mesh screens, or take it outside in an open bird cage.

Your direction, not your intention, determines your destination

The only way you can be intirely sure the bird is not in any kind of danger is to keep it in a locked cage and let it sit in the shade. Remember the cats are sneaky so the cage is the only guarantee that it is truly safe.

How to Do Crunches Properly

Crunches are a lot like sit-ups, except that instead of lifting your entire back off the floor, you only lift your upper back. This isolates ("crunches") the ab muscles without engaging muscles in your hips. Crunches are also safer than sit-ups because they don't compress your spine as much.[1] When paired with adequate weight loss, doing crunches regularly can lead to six-pack abs. If your goal is simply a flat stomach, however, spot exercises won't help. Read How to Lose Belly Fat instead.

8 Tips for Being Assertive Without Being Arrogant

Taking chargeAssertiveness is an important means for communicating your needs in a way that is fair to both yourself and to others. Unfortunately, for some insecure people, assertive people are sometimes threatening and it is easier to label them as arrogant, selfish, or unhelpful when they receive the answer "no" or when boundaries are made clear by the assertive person.
