Call the humane society in your local area .
Call every vet that you know and plead your case.
Call every church and ask the secretary if she or he could locate a vet for you that is someone you could trust , are there any that attend church here at this church?
Have a conversation with her and then ask her to place you on the prayer list and ask if they have a veterinarian in the congregation to please call you ...I imagine if a vet helped he could take his services off his income taxes too!
Most importantly pray for your pooch- God created him and knows him inside and out.
