animal plasma in dog food, what does it do and how safe is it?
It is an additive in dog food that is supposed to aid digestion. Although it is not supposed to do any harm it is not there for nutritional value. A good website to evaluate your dog food is dogfoodanalysis.com where dog food brands are rated to help you decide what the best food for your dog is.

I did look at dogfoodanalysis first but they only had one review and it was 2007 and no mention of the animal plasma. Thanks, Lee
