How can I persuade my parents to get a puppy

How can I get a puppy before Christmas when its November! Its hard I ask my parents every year and there answer is always no.I give them the perfect amount of information they need like the insurance,when I walk it, feed it , Everything!I also have good grades, clean my room, and do my chores. How can I persuade them at the best way it POSSIBLY can be.

You don't mention how old you are or what objections your parents have to a puppy.

Are you generally reliable and responsible? Or have those behaviors eluded you for the most part? If you can find out exactly what their objections are, perhaps you will better be in a position to come up with compelling arguments which will turn them in your favor.

Meanwhile, you might ask them if you could foster a dog for an animal rescue group in your area. Fostering is a short term commitment and, if they agree, might show your parents that you are serious about this.

You might also look into raising guide dogs or service dogs for the blind or disabled. Again, to do so is not permanent so it might be the best solution for both you and your parents, at least until you can come to a meeting of the minds regarding a puppy of your own.
