What personal information do my students have to ...

What personal information do my students have to enter to get their personal e-mails?  Also, do I get an email each time my student sends a letter and what they sent?  For example, if my student sends something from home that I am unaware of do I get an email showing what they sent? Thanks!!

Hi Joshi,

Your student acounts can be created by you as their teacher. Just type out the list of student names. You will be provided with the usernames which epals will generate for you. You can then choose a common password to begin with. As and when the students open the account they will be allowed to change the password to a new one of their choice. Yes, all letters sent or received by them will go to your processed mail account. You will have to pass it before it goes to their account.(this is one type of filter setting ,this can be changed by you to a more liberal setting).

Hope you have a better ideaof it now.

Thank you that was very helpful.  My school is worried about students giving out personal information, but if I can filter it than I can make sure that they aren't giving out to much information! Thanks again!
