i own two rental condo's one in Las Vegas one in Grand Terrace Ca I am in a trouble and need a liitle help, My income is pretty good bur was ill for a while due to a surgery. Is it was to get a partner or try to stick it out until market changes. Need help with association fees

That's a tough one because either way there are unknowns. Partnerships are tricky things usually many people probelms because everyone is different and has different goals and aspirations, But it is a good way to get money. I don't think anyone can tell you how long you will have to wait it out. If you really know your potential partner and can get a lawyer to write up a good contract for your protection, that might be the lesser of two evils.
