You are too far apart to be considered related.

I've always been crazy, but it keeps me from going insane.

You are a fifth cousin twice removed to the 4th great grandson. Actually you are very much blood related. 2nd, 3rd, 4th cousins etc. denotes only which generation the original connection is in. First cousins are the children of uncles and aunts. Second cousins are the children of your parent's first cousins. The children of your own first cousins are not second cousins. They are first cousins once removed. Third cousins are the grandchildren of your grandparents. A third cousins child is a third cousin once removed.

When a person is a first cousin, all of his/her descendants are first cousins as well.

Example : My daughter is a first cousin 15 times removed to Lady Jane Grey. Jane was a first cousin to one of her distant grandfathers. All cousins whether first, or seventh, or whatever are counted this way.
