If I put a person on my AOL Alert so that it goes to my phone when they email me. Does that person realize that they are on my phone/email alert system? Can that person block my phone alert and still email me without my previous knowledge?

Computers are the wave of the future.
I don't believe the person knows that their email sends an alert to your phone. The only way for them to know is if you tell them yourself.
