We just realized my husband's permanent resident ...

We just realized my husband's permanent resident card expired June 1, 2008. It has a "resident since" date of Jun 1 2006....This is not correct since we only just filed Nov 2006 and received the card June of 2007. I'm confused and afraid....What do we do next? What phone numbers are available to talk with a live person? Thanks
