True, most women know.  Sure not all women feel the same and not in the same intensity as well.... Some can't even say when they are ovulating.

No - not everyone feels their ovulation. There are a few different ways of determining approx when you are ovulating. First is mucus sign which typically comes for 2-3days just prior to the mid point of your cycle. Ovulation usually occurs the day after the last mucus day. Also if you take your temp first thing in the morning, it is low from your period to ovulation, and then at about the time of ovulation it rises by around 1degree and stays high until your next period. Additionally you can buy an ovulation kit from your local pharmacy - this measures your LH surge which happens 2 days prior to ovulation. Hope this helps.

Nah, i don't think all women know when they are ovulating. Otherwise, there wouldn't be SO MANY pages with ovulation predictors and posts about that stuff!

the only way I can tell is I feel like I'm swollen down there. I am actually ovulating today, and 2 days ago I consulted an ovulation predictor to see when that time would be. Now that I know when it is, I notice it. So do what I did, and soon you'll notice how your body changes and see it for yourself!
