i have a problem after i have sex .when me and my partener are finished having sex his sperm just gushes back out of me so i consulted my doctor and she advised me to do some pelvis exercises but its not working and i am getting very worried because we are trying for a child could you please help me

did you try lifting your legs up and slightly lifting your hips?a friend of mine did that,plus the pelvie exercises,plus you could squeeze your vagina,you know,like when you have to pee and you're trying to hold it in..

yes,she had the same problem and she said that doing those exercises helped!but don't expect results right away!

It happen to me and I have 2 kids so u r fine. Maybe u can just lay back in the bed after u have sex for a little while. But don't worry my husband sperms comes out of me 2 and we have to kids.

hi sexysanitha i have tried lying back after it but the feeling of it oozing out of me is horrible i just have to get up and clean myself i have a shower most of the time
