I missed my period this month(sep). Usually my ...

i missed my period this month(sep). Usually my periods cycle will be 29 days.last month(aug), i got my periods on 19th Aug and this month(sep)it didnt come. i thought iam pregnant. iam not using any birth control pills. But suddenly after 6 days it started bleeding....... I dont know what could be the reason? Also home pregnancy test gave negative result.I did the test on 5th day of my missed period.

It's possible that you had an early pregnancy that didn't develop, but more likely, your cycle was just out of sync this month - this happens sometimes and isn't something to be worried about.

If you're trying to conceive, make an appointment to see your doctor and mention this - you might want to have some hormonal testing done during your next cycle.
