I am 19 years old, I am 5'3" and I have quite a bit of muscle for my size. I have had regular periods since a miscarriage in september, I recieved a Rhogam shot due to my negative blood type. In December I had a period the bleeding lasted from december 18th-Jan. 4th.  I had unprotected sex once in Dec. before my period and once in January after that long period. Haven't had a period for January, Feb. and March. I went from a size 7 to a size 10 in pants in that time as well as up a cup size so i had to get a new bra. I stepped on the scale at my b/fs house the other day and it said I weigh the same as I did around christmas time(133lbs). The home pregnancy tests show neg. What is going on?

We're not retreating... we're advancing in another direction.

You might have some sort of hormone imbalance.  I would definitely go to the doctor and get checked out.  You don't want to find yourself in a situation where you can't have children or that something is wrong and you don't know about it.  Go see a doctor to find out what's going on. Good luck.

Find a good OB/Gyn and go to him or her at once.  Pap tests don't tell much about why you are having the symptoms you are having.  Have you had a pelvic ultrasound?  That may reveal more.  My mother had a similar experience and doctors found a 17 pound benign mass in her uterus.  If I were you, I would take this seriously and see a physician who will take it equally seriously.  Something is not right.  Hang in there and best wishes!

Have a blood test to rule out pregnancy completely and also to check your hormone levels, prolactin precisely, this will also to rule out early menopuase.
