What percentage of restaurants in America are Chinese?

I am doing a debate for my World Politics class, and we are arguing that the world is not a victim of American cultural imperialism. For an arguement, one of our pieces of evidence is regarding the number of McDonald's locations in China versus the number of Chinese restaurants in China. We would also like to know about the amount of Chinese influence in America. Do you know how many Chinese restaurants there are in America? Or a percentage of some sort showing the amount of Asian influence? Anything would be greatly appreciated, and we thank you for your time.
