I am not a doctor. However, I urge you to visit one. I lost a friend once who died from a bleeding ulcer.  Yours, if that is even what you have, does not sound serious yet but it can become so. Home remedies are not helpful. It was discovered some years ago that many ulcers are actually the result of a viral infection. That requires an evaluation and drug treatment.  Reducing acidity with antacids and the like may make you feel better for a while, but the problem is still there. You may also have doudenitis or any number of things gastro. Please care enough for yourself to see a doctor.  Agios
