I think it's the acid in your stomach that makes you vomit. But my question is, why haven't you eaten in days?
no, its not for me. A friend of mine has been feeling sick and she asked me that question and i couldnt really find the answer to it. I told her that it could be so many things, to go to the ER.
It might be allergy or some disease. Go to the doctor. Vomiting can be serious.
